"Very good location. Close to shopping and Casino. "
The Fairmont hotel is extremely well located next to lots of shopping... Mostly very high end shopping, and a stones throw from the famous Casino. The hotel is a little older but well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and large with balconies. The sound however travels between rooms and I could hear conversations next door. The pool area is fabulous and in the summer converts to a night club with DJ's. The pool is also kept at a very nice warm temperature. Everything is expensive here. Tea in the lobby bar was 8.50 euros, continental breakfast was 24 euros, and a small size water bottle from the mini bar was 6 euros. If you are willing to spend a lot of money it's a great place to stay. But in Monte Carlo that is not unexpected.

"In a great location in the centre of town."
We had a really enjoyable time in Monaco and the Hotel de Paris enhanced the experience. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and felt we should celebrate in style in Le Grill restaurant on the 8th floor at the top of the hotel. The food was good, staff were attentive and we had a really enjoyable experience.

"Nice little Hotel outside town. "
I liked my stay in the Hotel. English was no problem to the friendly staff. Unfortunately, the space between bed and bathroom is very narrow. On arrival I cut my leg twice on the leg of the bed - then I used a pillow to cushioning the sharp bed-leg corner. I stayed on a Sunday and could only find 1 restaurant (Vietnamese) after a long search. The Frech don't open on Sunday. Monaco and all its glamour is great to see, but one visit is fine - not a place I would spend a holiday.

"Fantastic stay"
I have stayed at this hotel, a few times now. I am never disappointed, it is Good clean hotel. It has a good location , a few mins to Monaco. there are posher hotels that charge many many times more. (And also cheaper hotels that are terrible). It is brilliant compromise This hotel has the everything you need. Comfy bed, balcony, kitchen sink, dishwasher, microwave oven. So you can eat in to save costs ( Monaco is a great place but not the cheapest). Highly recommend this place.

"Nice hotel, close to market and local Carrefour. "
Nice hotel, market behind the hotel open every morning. Local Carrefour in front of market, with good range of essentials and a very good bread and cake shop next door. Walking to marina and main areas of Monaco was short and easy, although it was good to have a rest at the 'Casino Cafe' in Casino Square on the way back, due to the hills. Pleasant staff, always willing to help. Small swimming pool on the roof, with around 20 sunbeds. This was ample as there were only around 8 to 10 people up there every time we went up. Had to carry luggage from underground car park (paid at reception on arrival), lift to street level, then walk about 30 metres to the hotel. So not bad. Don't seem to do toasters in France, this hotel had a nice touch, a grill/oven for toast. We used the small metal grill on the electric hob for toast, worked a treat. Good air conditioning. Would stay again.

"Monaco in November"
Booked this holiday in early 2015 for a special birthday (50 years young), we arrived in this stunning hotel to staff who were acting as they were 'above' the paying customers. Having been 'asked' (demanded) for our passports the date of birth was highlighted to the 'jobs worth' receptionist of the 'special birthday' which was greeted with a smirk as if she was breaking wind! No birthday wishes, let alone an upgrade/bottle of wine/flowers/chocolates in was a very quiet hotel. In fact we were the only people we saw on the eleventh floor for the entire three day stay! Yes, I would stay again, but the Customer Services training has been over looked. MUST TRY HARDER!

"Base for Monte Carlo conference"
This apartment block is 11 minutes from Casino Square on foot. It has a lift in the building which gets you down to (and up from) Boulevard des Moulins. My room was very spacious with a balcony with sea view. It was a bit bare, but clean and convenient, and got cleaned every day. The kitchenette was basic with minimum equipment. The corridors are long and dark. Overall there is nothing to complain about but it is just functional.
