available to guests. In high season we only rent for the whole week from Saturday to Saturday.

Fall in love w Caorle through this beautiful apartment
Centrally located walk to everything. Restaurant are just a few feet away and so many stores. Beach is very close too. We enjoyed the space and decor . It’s very clean too. My family enjoyed everything.

Soggiorno di 2 notti con la famiglia, per chi come noi ama Caorle la posizione è favolosa, gli spazi ampi e ben curati, il tutto molto confortevole, il posto auto coperto è ottimo soprattutto in stagione visto la carenza di parcheggio a Caorle. Poi una vista mozzafiato sul centro storico incornicia il tutto.

Emplacement parfait
2eme année pour nous dans cet appartement! Très bien agencé , très bien situé, 3 climatisations ce qui est plutôt un luxe! Génial de pouvoir se balader tous les soirs dans les belles rues de Caorle sans avoir 50km à faire, tout est au pied de l’appartement! Rien a dire, séjour excellent !

tolle Lage, ruhig und mit Tiefgarage
super Lage, ruhig obwohl im Stadtzentrum, schnell am Meer, leider Fahrräder vor Ort nicht fahrbereit, Toilette im Hauptbad ging erst nicht, nach Reparatur lief das Wasser permanent nach. Umsteller Dusche/Wanne Brause defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Kein WC Papier vor Ort beim Ankommen, auch die Klimaanlage in den Räumen war aus, dadurch waren die Räume komplett überhitzt. Leider kein Toaster vor Ort, obwohl in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Ventilator in der Küche defekt, wurde zwar schnell ein neuer bestellt, den wir zusammengebaut haben und dann zum Glück funktionierte. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche wunderbar groß und schön. Betten und Duschen im Obergeschoss sind nur für kleiner Kinder, da Dachschräge für Erwachsene zu niedrig ist. Offene Treppe macht es schwer dort Kinder alleine schlafen zu lassen. Die Lage in Caorle ist super, ob man Strand oder Stadt genießen will. Tiefgarage ist gleich in der Nähe und sehr praktisch. Absprache mit Besitzerin lief auch gut. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem mitten drin. Mit dem Vorwissen hätten wir uns vorbereitet und würden dann bestimmt wieder kommen.

Fantastyczne wakacje
Bardzo wygodny i niesamowicie położony (bardzo blisko morza i w klimatycznym miejscu) apartament z pięknym widokiem na zabytkową wieżę. Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było w apartamencie - bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Niektóre pomieszczenia wymagają odświeżenia czy drobnych napraw - szczególnie spłuczka toalety w głównej łazience i prysznic w wannie. Jednak położenie apartamentu wiele wynagradza!!

Una rilassante vacanza con neonato
Ottima esperienza appartamento grande in ottima posizione con tutti i servizi a portata di mano! Spiaggia vicina e centro storico in cui passeggiare o bersi un aperitivo. consiglio vivamente soprattutto a chi ha un bimbo piccolo.
