"Clean rooms and friendly staff, which we appreciated. However, the stay was disrupted by a barking dog all night, and we even stepped in dog waste outside the room. Breakfast was just okay—only one waffle maker and the batter was often empty. The pool water was cloudy and needs better maintenance, though the hot tub was nice. Overall, decent but several areas need improvement."

"The photos of this hotel are a misrepresentation of how this place looks. It is very rundown. From the door handles to the loose carpet in the walkway, to the broken down elevators... I was pretty unsatisfied with the overalll condition."

"I got this Hotel because of the pictures and description online. When we arrived the hotel was outdated, dirty, and the room smelled. The next morning we went to the breakfast area and not very much selection and was out of most of the stuff. The breakfast staff was not around and when they did arrive they were slow to restock. "

"My pillow had a blood stain on it and they just tried to put a pillow case over it. The breakfast said it lasted till 9:30, but they stop putting fresh food out at 9. They dont have a waffle maker, its a pancake maker that makes them smaller than McDonald's. It was close to everything in the area, but i would'nt pick it again because of the pillow and breakfast. The staff were really nice though"

"We only stayed for a night ahead of our day trip into Palo Duro Canyon. It was a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast had a lot of options. It's a great place to stay."

"If you like staying in a room with dingy & stained bed sheets, dirty bath towels, and crusty boogers on the hand towels... this is the place for you! And if you love the smell of sour/rotten milk from the mini fridge permeating the room... stay here! Stop here if you can sleep comfortably with all of that....or if you bring all of your own linens and supplies, then maybe it's not too bad for $95 a night. Just needed a place to stay while traveling through for a total of about 7 hours to sleep, but couldn't even bring myself to shower. Only could fall asleep because I was so exhausted. Never again!"
