"At first glance the neighborhood look pretty suspicious, but once we settled in and looked around we realized hey we are practically in a navy base and there are street lights everywhere, and lots of crimewatch signs, needless to say that was enough for us to feel comfortable through our stay. The onside of the house although smaller than our current home is nothing new to us, we were all very comfortable inside very cozy and wamr when we needed it to be and cool when it was warm outside....

"I enjoyed my stay in the Tiny Home. Very clean and tidy. Everything was well thought out and had its place. Long driveway for off street parking. No noise. The bed is in a loft and could provide a challenge for older folks for access. All is just as described with only pleasant surprises. I see myself rebooking"

"This was a very nice place to stay. Very spacious for our family of 6. Very clean home, and just very nice overall. The pool was great for us! We paid extra for the heat for the pool, and used the pool all week. Very nicely located between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Lots of options closeby for restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. Only negative we found was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable for as nice as the house was. The main couch was a futon, and the loveseat...

"We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing and right by the ocean with our own little private dock. One of my children left an iPad behind and the owners generously mailed it back to us. Such honest owners they were very quick to reply to any questions we had and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this property"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, clean and open. Lots of space. We loved sitting by the pool and the water wasn't too cold so I could float--my favorite pastime. Quiet neighborhood so you could hear the birds in the morning. They like to drink from the pool fountain. :)"

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Paradise Point! The house is just as described. The highlight of our trip was lounging in the waterfront heated pool and spa, while grilling steaks and enjoying the view. We also loved docking our boat there and its close proximity to our favorite waterfront restaurants. "This was the first time my youngest got to go kayaking, we had so much fun staying in your home. I didn't hear any complaints the entire stay. All the kids enjoyed the dock,and watching the sunrise and set over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We look forward to staying again here sometime in the summer."
