  • Kick back and relax in this calm 1b/1b stylish private space. Minutes from downtown Milton, FL and Blackwater State Park- offering kayaking, fishing & tubing. Beach’s are a 45 min drive south to Navarre Beach or 30m to Pensacola Beach! This is a residential home with an attached private room for rent not a detached cottage or bungalow. You do not have to go through owners space to access room. Room has private, driveway access with access to backyard. Owners have children and two dogs in their own separate fenced area in the backyard with pool and hot tub access. Guests have their own pet fence area. Pool and hot tub is shared space with host/owner as it is in the backyard.
