"Excellent location for exploring the city, lovely room just a little dark with limited window. Plenty of car parking which is paid for using the RingGo app £15 per day though! There is a happy hour in the bar, great value if you have cocktails. Fabulous breakfast, for dinner there is lots of choice within walking distance."

"Breakfast was okay not too bad or too good stuff was really friendly we like them they always ready to help but we just had little problem with smell of carpets I understand dust and old makes smell but i think it’s time to change them other then that was good experience we liked it."

"Excellent location; just a short 10-minute walk from Canterbury's gardens, shops and historic buildings, and the lady at reception kindly gave us directions and a map of Canterbury, which came in very handy. All of the staff were super-friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant (including breakfast) was excellent, and very reasonably priced. Bring a healthy appetite with you, you'll need it! A couple of slight idiosyncrasies with the bathroom, but nothing worthy of knocking a star off the review. We've already recommended the Victoria to others, and we'll definitely be back."

"We had one of the refurbished rooms which we were thankful for, they have half renovated the hotel so far. We were very grateful for the fan they’d put in the room as it was hot. The room itself was nice and there was plenty of room. The curtains however did not cover the windows which did make the room lighter at night."

"Perfectly located hotel for all my needs in the City. Being able to leave my luggage before checking in, and, after checking out was a great bonus, the staff being extremely helpful with everything. Whole hotel was clean, and tidy. Stay again? If visiting Canterbury, yes."

"I would very highly recommend The Millers Arms for anyone that is staying in Canterbury. In fact I would highly recommend staying even if you were visiting other places close to Canterbury. Our stay was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the food was also fantastic, and we just had an amazing time all-round. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area."
