    This barn conversion has a double and a twin bedroom, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. There is an open-plan living space housing a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire. Appliances include an electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a shared communal garden with seating. A travel cot and highchair are available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 1 mile and a pub in 1.1 miles. Escape to Kent with a holiday at Blackbird Cottage.     Southeast Kent's Lyminge village is located on a road that travels through the Elham Valley and is only five miles from Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel. Ancient woodlands and fields surround Lyminge. In the vicinity, there is a diverse range of vegetation, animals, and wildlife, including badgers, different types of deer, and wild boar that are suspected to have escaped from farmed populations. It is a bustling community with many small businesses, a pub that serves fantastic food and frequently holds events, a coffee shop, a hair salon, and a library.
