This lovely town house was perfect for our family of five, It is just a short walk along a wooded path to the grocery, the town center, and all of Canterbury’s sights. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday here.

Sadly this was not a good experience, we had to chase the information about getting into the property after the check in time, it was very expensive for what it was, check in time was 4pm and check out at 10 am, 18 hours for the price was not value for money,

Good location with parking

Really handy location within walking distance of the city centre with the bonus of a parking space/car port. The house had everything we needed.Once the host’s contact details were provided, direct communication with them was very responsive. Messaging via the Vrbo platform seemed to go via a third party management company which takes 48 hours to tell you that they’ve sent a message to the host. Not very useful for communication close to check in time. We had to ask the host for check in/access details and they responded very quickly. We were also able to extend our stay at short notice thanks to the host which was much appreciated.
