Main Street Manor

  • Make the Main Street Manor your base camp, while you explore the Royal Gorge region. This fully remodeled 1883 home is the closest Main Street residence rental to downtown allowing you to be able to easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, brewery, shops, and onto the Arkansas river path, park and the Royal Gorge Route Train Station. You will be able to use the Roku tv, or have fun with the old fashioned typewriter and Foosball table. In the backyard soak up the sun in chairs, have lunch on the patio, play corn hole or take the townie bikes down to the river path. There is a fully fenced in yard for your puppy. Please look at the house rules regarding your dog while you are staying. Off street, fenced in, trailer parking included! Bring your boat and dirt bike trailers! Easy to back in from the alley.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take off the sheets of the beds that were used. Put the used towels in the bathroom. Start the dishwasher if you put dishes in it. Put your trash in the black trashcan in the back alley.
Make sure all the windows are closed, locked and the shades drawn. Lock the front door (not the glass door) and back door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
