"We love staying here when in Rehoboth. Staff is really nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great, especially with a large family like ours. Eggs, sausage, bagels, coffee, etc. Room are clean. The outdoor splashdown play area is fun for kids and theres two big grills, adirondack chairs, hang out space. Highly recommend, great price."

"This location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved having our dog with us and letting him play in the fenced yard. This home is a cozy, warm, grandma house. Just reminded us of staying with grandparents when we were kids."
"Very comfortable, perfect accommodations for the five of us. We loved gathering together every evening in the large family room, after our walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Excellent location for beach goers. Owner was easy to reach and very personable."

"It was just as described… I reached out to owners as I saw a bad review about the outdoor furniture. They said they were replacing it and they indeed replaced it. Loved the location as we are bikers. And Cape Henlopen bike trails are so close. It was nicely stocked and cozy. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting & definitely not large enough for sleeping.I would definitely stay here again but would suggest they change there listing to sleeps 4 & change the living room furniture to something more comfortable."
