Service everywhere is friendly and efficient, and pool deck is great place to soak up the sun and admire the views of Etna and the sea. "When we first checked in the girl that was helping me said our room was not ready, then our friends who checked in next got their room, then the next friends got their room, then all of a sudden our room was ready and supposedly we were given a upgrade for the wait. I thought it was odd as others in our group got their rooms, upon check in. Anyhow, the other girl at the counter, Alessandra, I believe her name was, was amazing. She gave us, restaurant ideas and made a reservation for the 6 of us at a place called Bella.. it was great and she also booked us a car for the airport the next morning. She was very nice and professional, with personality. Not like the gal that checked us in. Our room had a view of a roof . Was not a bad room. It was clean and had a decent shower. Was a stop over for the night before returning home. Plus, we had bathrobes and slippers and my sister appreciated that. Over all it was a good location to get out, shop, eat and enjoy. Thank you. The breakfast was nice as well."
