I have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. Staff are always super friendly and very welcoming. You get a real welcoming ‘local pub’ feel when you go in. Room was on the zero level which I have stayed in before on quite a few occasions - they are always cold, bathroom radiators don’t work and tv signal is awful and pixilated. Other than that the reception team, health club and restaurant were as good as usual
