Very nice apartment in a villa with swimming pool - 10 min from the beach

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the villa (1950) with swimming pool and close to the beaches and town center of Juan Les Pins, 10 'on foot.
Equipped with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WC, kitchen, living room and dining room.
You will enjoy the flower garden and the unlimited swimming pool.
We also have a studio in the villa, ideal for a couple.
