To start with, the house offers the perfect location, only 900 meters away from the famous and trendy Rue d’Antibes, so you can enjoy all the city center activities without the stress (and cost) of finding a parking space.

Outside the house, you will find a shaded patio where you can have meals or cocktails, and the heated pool (On request one week before, and only from May to October). All this without any facing neighbor and in a very private street with very low traffic (less than one car per hour).

Inside the house which is built on 3 floors and carefully and lovingly decorated, you will find:

On the main ground level:

- A dream living room with sofas, a rattan armchair, TV sets and amazing cushions everywhere.

- A fully equipped open-floor kitchen with everything you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”)

- A dining room area opening directly to the terrace to offer a perfect environment to enjoy the indoors/outdoors.

On the top floor:

- Two bedrooms with a double bed, storage space and a TV set in each. (And as a bonus, a view over the swimming pool.)

- A shower room and toilets to accommodate both bedrooms.

- A master bedroom with its private terrace, tons of natural light, a TV set, and a private bathroom with tub and shower, toilets and double sink vanity (no more time spent waiting for the other to finish brushing their teeth).

- A dressing room doubling as a laundry room, for everyone in the house.

On the second floor:

- A first bedroom with a double bed, a TV set and storage space. This bedroom is oriented to the rear of the house and private access from there is possible.

- A second bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a TV set.

- A shower room with toilets to accommodate these two bedrooms.

- High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

In addition to being only within a 15-minute walk from the center of Cannes, the beaches and all the other points of interest in town including the best restaurants, cafés, shops, the Palais des Festivals and of course the famous and trendy Rue d’Antibes, you will be able to easily:

- Take a ride to Golfe Juan to discover the beaches and the many salad bars, less than 15 minutes away.

- Visit the aquatic park Marineland in Antibes in less than 30 minutes.

- Go a little further and enjoy some specialty “socca” or Niçoise salad in Nice and its old town part, 30 to 40 minutes away depending on traffic (Management is not responsible for any traffic clogging highway A8)

- Or simply leave the car in your garage and use your imagination while walking around the Cannes city center, but only on the sidewalks on the even-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
