The location a very central but that also comes with an elevated noise level. Quite simple hotel with a few quirks like a shower head at 180cm. Nice and helpful staff, but in general I'd say there is better value for money in Cannes.

The hotel is pretty bare-bones. Only hand soap provided in the bathroom, the "triple" room is made a triple by a cot (not what is shown in the pictures) and check-in/reception is a very narrow hallway. From my perspective, not a good value and didn't feel my expectations were set correctly - if I had been looking for a 2*, basic, cheap hotel for the night it would have been fine. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean at least. Not bad, but I expected more.

Awesome location

The location was perfect. It is across the street from morning farmer's market. Lots of restaurants, café and shopping nearby the area. The beach is less than 15 mins walk. Definitely will come back and stay again

Clean, AC, friendly - perfect for a short stay!

Great place to stay for a shorter visit. Perfect location with the pedestrian streets around with restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach is just 5 min away. The room was quite small, as well as the bathroom. But clean and newly renovated. AC in the room. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. I could borrow a beachtowel for free the next day to go to the beach for a morning swim. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but went next door to the Barista Café which was excellent.

Basic room but small

This hotel is located next to a lively pub. Great price, room was small. DO NOT park at the parkade across from the hotel. Our car was towed because of the market. We had to go to the police to get it released and pay $$ across the other side of the bay to get it back.

Cannes, during the film festival can definitely be hot or miss. Staying here was a definite hit. The hotel is perfectly located and unlike many, it doesn't pretend to be something it is not. I got everything I expected and more. It is If there is one thing that will always make a difference in hospitality, it is the treatment you receive as a guest. In the case of Des Congrès et Festivals, Didier (the owner) is on site and that makes the difference. The pride and passion he puts forward reflects in the management of the hotel, the cleanliness, the upkeep and the all around warmth you feel when staying there. From the extra details at breakfast to the charming offer of umbrellas when it's raining, Didier makes sure you feel at home. I applaud his vision, appreciate his warmth and will definitely be staying at Des Congrès et Festivals again.

Depuis notre arrivée, Jean nous a accueillis chaleureusement, un excellent hôte. L’attention et la gentillesse de tout le personnel se distinguent de tout autre endroit. La chambre était impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le service de nettoyage inégalable. Sans aucun doute, je reviendrai ! Hôtel incroyable.
