"First impressions are always important and as you walk through the gate and through the lovely garden to reception you know this will not disappoint. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. "Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere.
