This lovely condo offers exemplary space in a stunning resort. Chill out in air-conditioned comfort in this well equipped resort, complete with indoor pool, hot tub and & the beautiful One Wellness Spa. Cook up storm in the kitchen or throw a steak on the BBQ on the undercover patio. Snuggle by the fireplaces (2) & watch a movie. Choose your adventure.
The Space:
Located 15 minutes from Banff, and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and two lovely covered patios with BBQ and seating to enjoy the mountain air. The bedroom offers a private ensuite bathroom with scrumptious soft towels, king beds and luxury hotel linens. We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee and locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).

The Neighborhood:
Solara Resort and Spa is located in the main tourist condo area. The local bus is nearby, with connections to a bus to Banff , Lake Louise and Calgary. If you come by airport shuttle the stop is a couple of minutes up the road. This is a licensed, legal condo, so your booking is assured. Coffee shops, liquor store, general store etc. are all 5 minutes walk away. If you need a little pampering, One Wellness spa is gorgeous, and is located within Solara Resort. There are restaurants, coffee shops and bars close by, see our Welcome Book for details.
Getting Around:
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up, a 15 minute walk from Solara.
Other Things to Note:
Free parking is provided for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must pay $20 per day.
Interaction with Guests:
We live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Talk to us for advice on hiking, biking, skiing, restaurants etc. If you need specific equipment for your stay that you don't want to buy, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.

This was definitely a home-away-from-home for us. It provided the best base location for our day travels into Canadian Rockies and the nearby National Parks. It was quiet and well-maintained with a beautiful view as a bonus.

Have stayed at numerous vacation rentals. This was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Highly recommend going with a rental maintained by a professional rental company such as this one. Quality control was quite evident.
The condo was as advertised and extremely clean. Host was very accommodating in ensuring easy check-in and follow up to confirm no issues. Location is just outside the downtown area which made driving to/from easy without getting caught up in the downtown traffic. On the flip side, still close to downtown to get to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.
The property was exactly as described in the listing and it included everything needed for a wonderful stay. Very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. The location of the property is very convenient, with quick access to both Canmore and highway towards Banff. Canmore has a lot to offer without the huge crowds found in Banff. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon!

The host communicated from the get go after finalizing the booking and even after we checked out. The unit was clean and well kept. Very welcoming when we arrived. Everything we needed was right there in the unit. We were very pleased that we were able to stay in a quaint condo during a weekend trip in the mountains with all the comforts of home!
Beautiful property. A little confusing about the parking, because the underground parking covers a complex comprised of various condo buildings. Inside the condominium itself, everything is spotless. This building also has a small cafe and wellness spa within the Solara Resort, which was handy when you want to grab a quick breakfast before viewing the mountains. Thanks for allowing us to stay here, Jane!
Loved the sunshine facing windows and view; nice quiet building
Great location, loved the spring creek walk to downtown Canmore, and most of all, we loved the sun shining in through the windows and decks, and the building is well built and therefore quiet. There’s a major dust issue through out the building that affected our sinuses a bit but we think it stems from the parkade and might be seasonal. The hot tub was also down for a few days during our stay but they were quick to get it fixed and back up and running for all guests. Overall, we would recommend this place!
We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed condo! Very clean, high end appliances, Mountain View, peaceful location within walking distance to Canmore. Great communication with owner. Enjoyed the little extras like toiletries, kitchen cleaning necessities and laundry appliances in the condo. Shower with 3 jet sytems is awesome! Very nice to have underground parking garage, felt safe & sound. Would highly recommend. The extra 10-15 minute drive to Banff NP is worth it. Loved Canmore & the friendly people!
Accommodations were as advertised, well laid out perfect for my wife and I. Unit is in close walking distance to restaurants and trails within Canmore. Hosts were prompt with messages and information about or stay. We were a little disappointed the pool and hot tub were in a different bldg, also that sauna and steam room etc were additional costs. Perhaps when I read the initial amenities I did not take notice of this. Regardless we had a nice stay, underground parking was also a bonus.
This was a beautiful condo in a great location! I even have a spectacular view of the New Years Eve fireworks display from the bedroom balcony.

The condo was perfect for a ski trip for two. It had everything we needed. We have stayed in VRBO all over Europe and N America and this is definitely one that is well equipped. The condo felt like a home. We would absolutely stay here again. The communication and check in was a seamless process
