You’ll be within walking distance to Main Street, scenic paths and playgrounds, perfect for any mountain escape. Hit your fitness goals in the gym before unwinding and recovering from your mountain adventure in the hot-tub. Experience the unique blend of cosmopolitan location, designer comforts and outdoor adventure in the heart of Canmore.

Location and luxury. This brand new (completed May 2023) 1347sqft meticulously crafted space is found within the heart of Spring Creek, steps from the Alder Cafe+Grocery, Canmore's hottest restaurant Bridgette Bar and a 5-minute walk from the Malcolm Hotel. This unit is more than double the size of some marketed as “townhomes” and in a location that can’t be beat.

Professionally designed with furniture and accents from Crate & Barrel, West Elm, and more, the space has a clean, warm, contemporary mountain style. Privacy is assured with bedrooms separated by an oversized dining and living space, each bedroom having a separate, adjacent, spacious bathroom area. A workspace is provided in the living room, with a dedicated, gigabit-rated connection*, so you can work, stream, and stay connected with loved ones.

The building features is a sizeable gym, as well as a large in-ground hottub to unwind after a long day enjoying the best of what Canmore has to offer, all at your doorstep.

The apartment was very clean and modern. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, but maybe not many people use it. Pricey for a one night stay and only being able to check in at 4pm and out at10am. The cleaning lady was there promptly at 10am. The handicap accessibility for us was very convenient .
