The hosts provided excellent communication letting us know all the details and quirks ahead of time. It's a well kept apartment with a full kitchen! You can also sneak a mountain view from the large deck. Overall, a great place to relax after a day of fresh air and sightseeing!

We really loved this place and had such a great stay. It was one of the best and most enjoyable accommodations we’ve stayed in. The unit was very well stocked with daily essentials — the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided in large bottles, which was so convenient. The washer also came with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, the dishwasher had detergent pods ready to use, and there were plenty of paper towels and other supplies, so we never had to worry about running out of anything. The kitchen was also very well equipped with all kinds of cookware and utensils. You can tell this is a newer unit because the appliances and furnishings all felt very new, clean, and high quality — everything was thoughtfully chosen and well maintained. The location and layout were also extremely convenient. As soon as you step out of the elevator, the unit is right there, and the elevator goes directly to the parking garage, which made everything very easy. The host was also very thoughtful and even printed out information about nearby attractions for guests. There was also a gym in the building, which was a nice bonus. The hot tub was excellent, and overall this was honestly one of the best and happiest stays we’ve had. The host was also very responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed making meals using BBQ & fully stocked kitchen. We relaxed in the hot tub. A great suite for two

The place was quiet and a perfect place to make home for our weekend. The small private veranda made us feel like we were in nature with the beautiful trees behind us. It was clean and quaint. Recommend for a couple or small young family

Visiting the Rockies

Location of Lodges at Canmore was excellent(our 2nd time there). Unit was clean and just perfect for 2 people(1 bedroom, 1 bath) Access to the highway for outings to Banff and beyond was great and grocery stores etc. were 5 minutes away by car. Canmore not as high profile as Banff but is a wonderful community with great mountain views.

The Perfect Stay

We were very grateful to have a clean, safe & comfortable visit to Sabrina & Zach's place. They checked on us to see if we needed anything. The amenities in their unit made our stay most comfortable.Underground parking was a plus.It was lovely to have a nice balcony. Lovely small condo

I love staying at the Lodges. The pool is great. So fun to swim in the heated pool when it’s cold outside. The condo is immaculate. It would be small for any more than two people unless you aren’t planning to spend much time there. It was perfect for us. It was nice to have a deck and view of nature.

Canmore Getaway

The Lodges of Canmore complex is an aging property and not clean. However, the private unit we stayed in was clean. We have stayed at multiple rentals over 20 years but never in the particular area of Canmore. It was easy to commute to Banff daily for work. We also enjoyed the access to trails right from the condo door.

Visiting Canmore/Banff

The three most important things in real estate is, Location, Location, & Location, the Lodges at Canmore had all three. Walking distance to downtown Canmore, a great little town. Easy access to RT 1 and Banff. The best part of the property was the bed and shower. With all that there were some issues. One that will be hard to fix, no place to put luggage. We had to leave ours in living area. Other one is easy. Has a nice BBQ on deck, which we used twice. It is old and worn out. Handle to open came off from one side, and then when we used it, the igniter did not work. Did have a fire stick so we’re able to use. In a place this nice, that should be working. On check in, arrived a bit early, people at front desk would not let us check in. Yea it said 4:00, with that, have never been in place that would not let you in early if room was ready. Had to contact host, who had to contact desk so we could get keys. Seems easy, when cleaning is done, let desk know. We had to sit in lobby for about 45mi. Another simple fix. With all that, Zach and Sabrina communicated well and I am sure these small issues will be corrected. Would stay again and recommend to others.

This was a great unit to rent! Sabrina and Zach were very responsive and the unit was well stocked with anything we may need. Unfortunately the hot tubs were out of commission but that is the main property's issue (not Sabrina and Zach). Very reasonable cost for this unit and I appreciated the underground parking.
