This was our second time staying at this unit, and it was just as wonderful as last time. Host was very responsive and the unit was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!
The property was fantastic and had all the amenities we needed. It is a little close to the highway so it was a bit noisy at night but not terrible. The location was close enough to walk to downtown and within short driving distance of Banff and Calgary. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked.
Great pool with a kiddie pool, big blue slide and hot tub.
Lily and Steven were accommodating and responsive hosts.

After we got passed the check in process, which was a bit confusing to us, we enjoyed our stay. The manager answer ed each call right away. Parking was tricky. The condo was clean and neat, host even bought a new blender so I could make a smoothy to start my day. I really appreciated that.
Steven & Lily were great hosts and provided excellent communication before and throughout our stay. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed and the Grande Rockies Resort offered nice amenities. The restaurant menu was a surprise, as the food was amazing and unexpected. The only challenge we had was that we rented a large SUV and could not fit it in the designated spot. I was unable to find a place to park on the side street and thankfully the resort wasn't too busy and they said I could park in one of their open spot(s).
This unit was a great place for our family of 4 to stay while spending the week in Canmore. The unit was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We encountered no issues during our stay, and all communication with the unit owners were prompt and professional.
Highlights: Unit had everything we needed. The automatic coffee machine was great and allowed us to try out the local coffee shops. The pool was the top attraction for the kids (not the mountains, sigh). The ensuite laundry allowed us to keep on top of our family's laundry needs easily. The restaurant downstairs was great (and we have picky eaters).
Minor inconveniences:
- We have a larger half ton truck so the provided parking space was a challenge. We chose to park in the surface lot located right beside the resort ($12.60 per day through an app) rather than use the provided parking space. This was still very convenient.
- the pool is sometimes very cold, usually earlier in the day.
- the hike to the unit from the pool/restaurant/front entrance is surprisingly far, so be prepared.
- the building is a little noisy at times.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely be back.
The property was well maintained. It does need a few refurbishments. Cabinet doors won't stay closed - hinges need to be adjusted. One frying pan was dirty and needed to be scrubbed but other items were clean. Fireplace worked well. Grill worked well. One shower is VERY SMALL. One small and one larger bedrooms. Kitchen could use a few more mixing bowls and storage containers. Host provided coffee, creamer, sugar/splenda, tea, laundry products and dish products for dishwasher and doing dishes in the sink. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. There was also some aluminum foil and plastic wrap for storage. Parking is an issue. The spot designated is so very tight you can not pull in without adjusting mirrors and having an empty space behind you. We had a GMC Acadia and were not able to get it into the space. The option of off site parking is ok but you need to know it may be a block or more away on the street or near the hospital. Property is about .5 miles away from downtown Canmore. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would stay again.
Was well located, had a great time, had to cut our trip shorter then anticipated so didn’t get to use the resort facilities but again great place to take your family

The renters were very accommodating, and communicated well and quickly. The location of this unit is great, there are many restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, cook wear, dishwear, coffee, dish soaps and dish pods etc… so we had everything plus more than we needed.
I would definitely stay here again!
Loved the kitchen, well equipped with gadgets like instant pot and magic bullet. Didn’t try the espresso machine, maybe next time. Unit had the park pass too, which we found out after we purchased our own. Host was very prompt to help with using the bbq. A great experience. Would definitely try to book the same place next time.

This unit was very nice and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the location in Canmore is very easy access to Banff and Lake Louise areas. Lily was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The only negative for us was that we were driving a Ford Edge, and there is no way that we could park that vehicle in the assigned parking spot that had concrete poles on each side. There was a large truck parked in the spot behind ours, and there was no way to maneuver the vehicle into our assigned spot. We ended up finding parking on the street fairly close by, but if it had been raining more or snowing, that would not be a good option. With that said, if you don’t have a concern about parking in the tight underground garage space, I highly recommend this unit.
My family and I stayed at this property for Father’s Day weekend. It is a Beautiful clean condo. The pool is awesome our two year old daughter loved it. The stuff at the grande are very friendly and helpful. The host stayed in contact with us the whole Stay.
We had a great stay here! The condo had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials. There was a Roku for each TV to watch Netflix or Youtube on. Nice to have that option. Enjoyed some nice walks around the property and Spring Creek. The condo is within walking distance to the main street with all the cool shops. The hosts are very responsive and wished us a nice stay when we arrived and a safe drive home when we checked out. That was a nice touch. This is a great place to stay for a Canmore getaway. A home away from home. Thank you!
The property was clean and the owners had taken care to have touches to make the stay nice. However, i researched and booked this place because it said "3 bedroom ", and the 3rdv bedroom was really just a pull out couch in the living room. When i brought this up with the owner, they were self defensive and not very helpful.
The location was perfect, just a five minute walk to downtown Canmore, and the apartment was just awesome. the kitchen is so well stocked, and has every amenity i can think of. Great place to unwind and get away from the city. The hosts were wonderful, as well.
