About this property

Creekside Condo | Main Street | Mountain Views

  • Creekside Condo Steps from Main Street | Mountain Views + Fireplace

Please note: The elevator will be out of use from October 26 - November 10 2026. Stairs will be required to access the unit during this time.

This comfortable creekside condo offers mountain and treetop views in one of Canmore’s most walkable locations. Located on Railway Avenue, it’s just a 2-minute walk to Policeman’s Creek and the scenic Boardwalk loop, a peaceful pathway through wetlands with beautiful mountain views. Just steps from Main Street, you’re also minutes from cafés, restaurants, pubs, and trail access - no car required.

It’s a relaxed, well-kept mountain condo designed as a practical and welcoming basecamp for exploring the Rockies.

    Highlights:

    - Mountain and forest views from the private balcony

    - Cozy stone gas fireplace

    - Heated underground parking

    - Fully equipped kitchen

    - Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed

    - 1 sofa bed in the living room

    - Quiet creekside setting just off Main Street

This is not a luxury showpiece - it’s a clean, comfortable, well-loved mountain condo that guests consistently choose for its unbeatable location and great value.

    Summer & Downtown Living

Like most homes in Canmore, the condo does not have air conditioning. Summer days are typically warm and evenings cool off beautifully. We provide fans, and opening the balcony doors allows for natural mountain airflow.

Because the condo is located right off Main Street, you may hear some lively patio activity from a nearby pub during summer evenings. The patio closes early in accordance with local bylaws, and the area becomes quiet later at night.

If you’re seeking a secluded mountain retreat far from town, this may not be the right fit. But if you want to walk everywhere and enjoy downtownCanmore's energy, you’ll love the convenience.

    Perfect For

    - Couples and families

    - Festival weekends

    - Hiking and ski trips

    - Guests who value location and walkability

    - Travellers who prefer comfort and practicality over luxury finishes

Security Deposit, Rental Agreement and ID required prior to arrival.

A Welcome Letter will be provided prior to your arrival with all the essential information for your stay, including check-in instructions, parking details, and simple check-out steps

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the unit was very clean, and it had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions before and during our stay, which made everything easy. One thing to note is that the unit does not have air conditioning, so it may get warm during the summer months. However, the weather was okay while we were there, and it was not a big issue for us.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

This was a perfect place to stay in Canmore. The best view of The Three Sisters and boardwalk. This condo had everything you could need in kitchen. Very clean. The only negative I have is the couch isn’t very comfortable for sitting. We will definate book here next time we stay in Canmore though.

The unit was very nicely done and clean, the building was older and had some issues. The garage door did not operate properly and was a concern as we entered and left the parking lot.

GREAT location, amenities, and customer service

This is a great condo a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, walking trails, grocery. The condo is very clean and well-appointed. it was very comfortable and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. There was a reserved parking space in a garage under the building which was very convenient. They provided a national park pass which saved us time and money each day accessing the parks.Customer service was excellent. Very thorough information about checking in and using the condo, a welcome call the morning we were scheduled to arrive, a text on the day we checked out. They are very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here and/or book with them for another location again.

Great location. Could possibly get noisy due to the pub next-door patio. During our stay, it was too chilly for people to sit outdoors. So we had no issues.

This was a perfect location for access to all of the amazing things to see in the Banff Area. The unit was very clean and welcoming to us for our home while visiting the area. You are a short walk from restaurants and shopping in Canmore. You can drive Banff or take the amazing bus system to avoid parking issues. We will stay here again if we come back to visit. Communication with the rental company was awesome.

Perfect location, beautiful condo

This is such a perfectly laid out, and beautifully located place to spend a weekend or more while you take in the sights of downtown Canmore. Our little patio overlooked the gorgeous wooded space next to the boardwalk which was a 2 minute walk away. A grocery store across the street and views from every direction make this place one that we would love to comeback to. The condo was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed with a few extras. The washer/dryer are an awesome bonus too. The beds are so comfortable and it was really convenient to have the ensuite as well as the main washroom/shower. Definitely one of our top picks!
