Once we were able to get into the building, things were better. I written directions to get entry into the building was missing some critical details, such as including a # after the code and to use the key pad furthest to the right. Check in took about 45 minutes and two phone calls and one message to the unit owner. The phone message was in French and we are English speaking. Otherwise, the property was comfortable, spacious and clean. It was in a great location and had secure parking.
