Amazing condo in the Canadian Rockies for a great price! It had EVERYTHING we needed for a week long trip in Banff. The hosts were so very nice and very informative. The hot tub was amazing!

The condo is quite compact and not very spacious. Living room furniture is not very accommodating for 4 adults to relax. All kitchen equipment and towels have been well used. The building hot tub and pool was nice.

A very clean and well maintained property in a great location. It worked very well for our family of four. The onsite pool and hot tub and the restaurant were excellent. Communication with the host was quick and easy and they were able to respond to our questions right away. Easy check in and out, assigned underground parking made it easy.

Lovely room, it was clean and very reasonably priced. The jetted tub was amazing after a weekend with the family to relax and take sometime for myself. The location was fantastic as it is a short walk to the highstreet, with the pool area on site.

Accomodation was clean other than under furniture. Good access to things in town. Appreciated having the washer/dryer, especially given then pool. Pool is great, fairly warm for the kids. Condo is fairly small but much better than a hotel and contained what we needed. Has a tub and a shower, which is nice. No view of mountains but listing accurately shows the balcony view so we knew that when booking. Overall very satisfied.

We’ve stayed in many accommodations before, and this was honestly one of the best-equipped places we’ve ever had. We came for skiing, so having an ensuite washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. We also cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and everything else we needed, which made a huge difference. The host was very responsive, thoughtful, and attentive in so many ways. There were even extra towels, makeup wipes, and other small touches that made the stay feel extra comfortable. We also really loved the hot tub — it had both indoor and outdoor sections, the water was hot enough, and it was so relaxing after a full day on the mountain. There were also some nice features for kids, which was a bonus. Another big plus was the location and convenience. There’s a restaurant right downstairs, so if you don’t feel like cooking, you can just go downstairs and eat. We even had an urgent Amazon delivery during our stay, and the front desk was able to receive the package for us, which was super helpful. The indoor parking spot was also very convenient. Everything in the unit felt new, clean, and high quality. The bathroom and shower/tub facilities, especially in both washrooms, were especially impressive. We would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again next time.

Beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The jetted tub was a nice surprise. And the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is of the hot tub (and only the hot tub, no mountains in sight) which did allow us to know when the pool was busy or not but the noise from the pool did carry. We had a sound machine so we could drowned out the noise but if you didn’t have one and went to bed early it might be an issue. The building’s wayfinding was a bit complicated. The closest elevator was broken and it took us forever to find the other. The assigned parking stall was so far away from the unit. And luggage carts were not available to us. Moving in and out became a bit of an Olympic sport. None of these issues are in the Hosts control but something to consider.
