Beautiful Family-Friendly 3 Bedroom Condo with Heated Outdoor Pool

Located at the family friendly resort of 'The Lodges at Canmore', our condo provides a relaxing, spacious basecamp to explore the majestic Canadian Rockies.
Canmore itself and the surrounding area feature year round, unlimited outdoor recreational activities. Within 30 minutes of our condo are 5 world class golf courses. Golfing at both Silvertip and Stewart Creek is perhaps one of the most scenic you will ever experience and both are just 10 minutes away.
For skiers, the world class ski resorts of Banff Sunshine, Banff Norquay, Nakiska and Lake Louise are all between 20-45 mins away. In addition, The Canmore Nordic Ski Centre, which provides world class cross country skiing in the winter and fantastic mountain biking in the summer is just a mere 5 minutes away.
The Bow River, which runs through the heart of Canmore, offers fishing, canoeing and rafting as well as scenic, peaceful walks and bike rides.
And finally, for those who love to hike......take your pick! There are countless trails for all abilities and ages which provide some of the most breathtaking scenery imaginable. We have provided some books at the condo to help you in your decision making!
After a full day of adventure, it's time to relax. Take advantage of one of the resorts 3 hot tubs or take a swim in the heated, year round, outdoor pool ( a huge hit with kids!). Then retreat to our comfortable, well equipped condo. We have provided all the home comforts you could wish for:- 4 flat screen TV's with digital cable, an I-Pod docking station, free high speed wireless internet access, in-suite laundry facilities and a private natural gas BBQ to name just a few. We have also provided board games, DVD's, toys and books for children. A high chair, play pen and bed rails are available on request.

This is our fourth year, coming up there for a race in Banff We decided to stay somewhere else this time which was a fabulous idea. The ride up to Banff was perfect. Wonderful condo, wonderful weekend

This property was perfect for our family. Our trip with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 small grandchildren was exactly what we needed. A few extra amenities like toys, movies, extra kitchen supplies and kids lift-jackets made our trip much easier. We will definitely return to this property in the future!

Canmore Winter Getaway

The view is only of other buildings. Street parking right in front of our suite was noisy, doors slamming all hours of the day, and even at night. Lots of noise in the hallway, with people screaming, and slamming doors! The suite was as described, with room enough for 5 adults. Lots of things to do close by, within walking distance.

Wonderful getaway!

We have stayed in Canmore several times at various places and this is our new favourite! Communication from the owner was excellent - John's instructions were all very clear so finding the place and check-in was super quick! The condo was clean and spacious and very well-stocked with supplies and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The only downside was that the hot tub in the building was down for repair, however we were able to access the one in another building across the street. It was always busy when we returned from the day's activities so we only got into it once. Oh well! We will definitely be back!

Great location and condo!

The condo is an easy walk to downtown Canmore, close to the creek and beautiful views of the Three Sister’s Mountains. The communication with John was excellent, answered questions very quickly and great directions for getting to the site and using it the first time (this can be hard when you first arrive, so this is 5 plus stars). The condo beds are very good (important of us) and the kitchen in VERY well stocked with cooking supplies, including what you need to cook with plus other essentials (spices, flour, coffee, ketchup mustard etc….) One of the best I have stayed at for this. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again!

Great unit in Canmore

This condo was perfect for our family while going for a ski week in Sunshine/Lake Louise resort. It was our first time staying in Canmore and this time we decided to rent car instead of using the bus to go to ski station, which we have prefered. The unit located on the first floor was easily accessible and using the outside access door it was possibel to unlaod/load car evryday after ski. The unit in itself is as described and even the base supplies were in the fridge or cabinets to cook our own meal. We felt we had to replace the ones that we use dmore like coffee and left some after our stay that we did not consume in full, kind of give and take concept. The unit is very convenient for up to 6 persons easily as there is 3 bedrooms. There is also access to 1 pool and 3 hot tubs. The oen by the pool is more crowdy, but there is one hot tub in the same building which was often free when we used it. If I have to return in Canmore, will kepe the owner cell phone close for a repeat rental!

Overall an excellent property. The entrance and exit vehicle doors to the underground parking are very narrow. I suggest removing the centre post between the doors and putting in one wide door for entrance and exit instead of two doors.

Lovely Stay in Canmore

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this lovely condo. The set up worked very well for our group (grandma grandpa, mom dad, and 2 kids) and all 3 bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was stocked with thoughtful details (salt pepper, coffee filters, saran wrap etc) in addition to dishes and cookware. The pool was a big hit and we also really enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful weather. We didn't have any trouble with noise from traffic or other guests and enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open. The location was perfect for heading to Banff and venturing out on hikes in and around Canmore as well. John was an excellent host - we received detailed check-in instructions well in advance of our arrival and he was helpful and responsive in answering questions.

Absolutely Perfect Stay for Families!We had a fantastic experience at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything about it felt warm and welcoming. As a family with young kids, we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—there were plenty of toys, books, and movies to keep the little ones entertained.When we discovered the pack and play was broken, the owners immediately brought us a brand new one within the hour—truly above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay.The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown Canmore with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and trails. Great condo for a family of 6

The condo was perfect....had enough room for our family of 6. We were attending our daughter's wedding at Lake Minnewanka and it was close proximity. We cooked breakfasts and a couple dinners so was awesome to have the BBQ, large kitchen and addition of spices/coffee for our use. I would highly recommend this very clean condo! If we ever are back with same size group we will for sure seek out this same condo! Thanks again!!
