Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary holiday destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Construction is currently underway on both sides of the building during working hours. There may be some occasional noise associated with this activity.

-The shared amenities such as the swimming pool, spa pool, fitness centre and fire pit are subject to scheduled maintenance conducted by the building management. If temperatures reach -20°C or lower, the pool will be closed temporarily during those extreme temperatures for safety and operational reasons.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorised early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorised late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

9. Please remember to return the key fob to the unit. If the key fob does not get returned or if it gets lost, there is a fine of $200CAD.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).

10. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

11. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
