★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
★ Please avoid food or drinks in the bedrooms: Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.
★ Please remove outdoor shoes inside to protect the flooring. Feel free to bring indoor shoes or slippers.
★ Please avoid using white towels for makeup removal or hair dye. Feel free to bring your own wipes or dark towels.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) must be stored in the garage. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.
★ Do not use any fire hazards that may trigger a fire alarm or pose fire hazards.
★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.

Lovely home with ample room for several adults to comfortably stay. The Living area was well appointed and kitchen/dining large enough to accommodate our group. Walking distance to and from drinks and dining with majestic views of the mountains. All together a wonderful experience.
Great stay, professional host, clean house well stocked with everything we needed. Amazing mountain views and perfect location. Will come back in the future!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Each of us had our own ensuite accommodations, and the living room, kitchen, and dining area were spacious and perfect for relaxing together after a long day of activities.Charles was very helpful and responsive, and his home was clean and well-stocked with great amenities. His instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to other guests.

This is one of those very special places to stay. The views of the mountains were a treat from every window. Having a separate bathroom for each of the four bedrooms meant everyone felt comfortable and had their space. All instructions were clear and super simple to follow. Charles was always so responsive. The kitchen is terrific and well-stocked. We didn't mind the stairs. The gas fireplace is a great bonus for those cold winter nights. Highly recommended!

This property was all it said and more. Set up well for multiple couples or large family. Close to a few really good restaurants and not far from downtown at all. The instructions that were left were very easy to follow, everything was great.
