This was our third time in the same unit at Solara. The host is excellent - responds quickly to our inquiries. The condo is clean and well suited for our family. A nice walk to the downtown area. Canmore offers spectacular views of the mountains!

Lovely resort and really nice condo.

Beautiful and clean, in a great location - we enjoyed the amenities and the security, as well as the terrific layout for 2 couples and an infant. Being on the main floor was really nice too.The kitchen area is very convenient and attractive, and it felt like lots of space.

The Perfect Spot!

Great place for vacation

This place is very nice, i think the pictures didn’t reflect how new and nice the place is. Great environment too with nice landscape and neighborhood around it. We really like it very much! Nice place for our family reunion!

Comfortable and good value

This apartment was a great place to spend a few days with my friend. Check in and out instructions were detailed and clear, plenty of comforts of home (coffee, appliances and dishes/cutlery, laundry detergent etc.) were provided, and the condo is a short distance (approx 1 km) from the village of Canmore. We had a lovely and relaxed time.

Great option!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable unit, with a great location for checking out Banff/Canmore/Lake Louise. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Parking garage also a big plus. Host was very communicative and courteous. Recommended!

My friend and I stayed one night in September. The suite was a challenge to find, but once we did we were pleased. It was clean with just the right amenities. The wine from Cathy was a lovely touch. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Canmore Getaway

We stayed at this property March 4-6. Cathy provided exceptional instructions and guidance prior to us checking in. Following the instructions was easy, and the access code worked as needed. We used the hot tub which was clean and spacious. The condo itself was clean and perfect. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a great stay, and very picturesque as we watched the snow fall gently onto the small park area off the back deck.

Great Family Time

This is a lovely, well maintained property in a great location. The overall amenities are wonderful, however, we were amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was. Cathy, who was quick to answer any questions we had , was a great hostess. The only slight problem we had was finding the correct entrance to our building, but that was mostly due to tired brains trying to follow Cathy's specific instructions after a very early morning start followed by an extremely long drive. This is definitely a location to come back to.

A Lovely Condo!

A lovely condo. Decore was welcoming and the unit was very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Location was nice - a short walk to trails leading to downtown. Beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Canmore. Would definitely return to this unit!

Wonderful vacation stay

We had 4 females in 60's and 70's stay for 5 nights. The room and resort was lovely. The host was very responsive to questions. The Kitchen and baths were well stocked with coffee, and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. We did get to enjoy the lovely hot tub once. I would highly recommend this place. The elevator had just broken which made getting luggage and groceries difficult the first day, but I'm sure that will be repaired soon.

Fun week at Banff

Had a great week at Banff! The property worked pretty well for our needs, just a couple things that could have made it better. We had six people in this unit (sleeps six) but there were only four pool towels. There was also only one kitchen towel which was kind of a pain as we had to use paper towels or a bath towel whenever that was in the laundry. Also we could never get the electric grill warm enough to cook our burgers; it would have been nice to have a propane. Overall though, this was a nice place to stay and conveniently located in Canmore.

Great location, nice natural light and roomy. Dishwasher leaks, not enough glasses to drink out of, mishmash of dishes/utensils and not set up well for someone who likes to cook. 2 out of the 3 fireplaces didn’t work which was disappointing. Overall needs some refreshing/maintenance.
