"Quaint little hotel, lovely staff, the softest bathrobes, sweet little touches like a fine china tea set to enjoy a cuppa. The fireplace was also warm and inviting and the bed very cozy. Within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to enjoy in Canmore. Will definitely be back. "

"The Spa and Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the spa.However, I had mentioned in the special request that we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We don’t mind paying for anything extra, and the pricing details were clear. What disappointed us was that the hotel didn’t acknowledge the occasion at all. If nothing is done for special occasions, then there may not be much point in having a section for it when making the reservation. Overall, the food was great, but the experience would have felt more complete with at least a small acknowledgment of the celebration."

"Although the rooms have had many upgrades (flooring, bathroom) much of the furnishings are still very dated (fridge with broken shelves, dusty lamps, drapery). The rooms are spacious but noise from the adjacent rooms was quit noticeable. Noticeable dust-bunnies and garbage when I arrived. Staff were very friendly and accommodating."

Train outside our window made for a noisy night. The shower conditioner was empty. The building itself was clean and well kept. "
