"I’m a disabled veteran that checked in with a service animal. No children. No rogue artists. But when I checked out they charged my credit card again. When I called they said it was because I “left marker all over the walls”. There wasn’t even a marker in my room. Aside from that: the toilet was loose, the breakfast was stated to be 6-9 but it’s never ready at 6. The staff at the desk was rude when I called about the charge as well. They told me to talk to the general manager but she wasn’t there. "

"Everything was great, we had so much fun!! Great rooms, great pool for the kids. Outdoor pool was very nice as well. Only problem was we had luke warm water to take a shower, they were having problems on the main level for some reason.."

"I picked this hotel because I thought it was a decent quality option as a treat to myself for mother's day. It was very disappointing. Rude staff at check in, run down building and aggressive notes all over made it an uncomfortable stay. Won't come again."
