This beautiful and modern Spanish country house, accommodating 6 adults, is located in Canillas de Aceituno, within a natural park on the slopes of Mount Maroma (2,069 m), at an altitude of 640 meters, offering stunning views of the valley, where you can see Lake Viñuela.

The village of Canillas is a 10-minute walk away and features several shops for daily shopping, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a delicious coffee or a glass of wine in one of the local bars. There is also a small, charming children's playground.

It's the perfect starting point for lovely walks or, for those seeking a challenge, demanding cycling routes.

The most striking feature is undoubtedly the fantastic view, which can be enjoyed without even having to leave the pool. Overlooking mountains that stretch as far as the eye can see, you can relax with the sounds of nature in the background, enjoy a cup of coffee, or organize a pleasant family barbecue.

The villa is surrounded by a paved terrace and is situated on a 7,000 m² plot. It has several tables for you to decide where you would like to have breakfast or enjoy a cozy dinner.

Next to the heated pool (30 m²) are sun loungers to bask in the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet, followed by a relaxation area with a refrigerator and a grill for outdoor cooking and snacking at the bar.

The property has 3 bedrooms (double bed and air conditioning), each with a private bathroom. There is also a separate guest toilet. In addition, two cribs and high chairs are available.

A very spacious living room with a panoramic sliding window integrates the terrace as an extension of your living room.

The kitchen seamlessly integrates into the living room thanks to the open-plan design. It includes a large-capacity freezer and refrigerator. It is also equipped with all appliances, including 2 dishwashers.

The property is rented on a weekly basis. Bed linen is provided weekly. Towels are provided per person (one set for indoor and outdoor use). Beach towels are also available to take to the beach.

The property is accessed via a fully paved mountain road with the characteristic curves of the area where the house is located.
