Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group.

Excellent experience at Monkey Bar the staff give me tissue that was sweet of them. Lots of activities and the staff are amazing. Loved the kayaking since it was my first time and the staff are definitely hard working and well deserve to raise there salary.Food hall excellent staff Kim and Charlie assisting us. Why I loved most also is the safety on the location security and camera everywhere. My kids and I really appreciated all staff at Be Grand and looking forward on our next journey. Incredible place, we had a fantastic time. I guess we got lucky because on a few dining occasions we were the only ones there which was very special. Everybody did a wonderful job and the pool is magnificent. If you haven’t been there yet you need to get there… The room was perfect. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast and lunch was incredible and the pool beyond magnificent. Right off the main road so you can access transportation easily.

"The food is horrible and over priced. The garlic chicken did not have garlic then when asked the staff about the chicken.He smiled and told me it has garlic powder and which in fact didn’t. I left after 1 night the room felt outdated . Strongly do not recommend this resort ."
