Positive: Safe area, 3 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping all around. Staff is l friendly. Negative: The room was tiny! Especially the bathroom, You can’t close the bathroom door if you are inside. None of the amenities were open. Wood floor was warping. Cleaning crew came into room both days at 9am because there was no “do not disturb” tag. Overall: It’s ok, if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room. Everything is easily accessible. The beach is pretty crowded so get there early.

Photos are deceiving
Absolutely nothing like photos. It was dark dismal and unwelcoming. The room was small and next to noisy lift shaft. Blankets in cupboard were filthy not even good enough for my dog. Could not face eating there. Glad to leave next morning. If we had not paid in advance would not have stayed. 3*** Hardly deserves 1*

Don't take this hotel ! (see review)
Room 69 : The room is in bad shape : the wall paints are chipping away, and wallpapers are old, dirty and not sticking to the walls anymore. There were stains in the bedsheets which they changed after we asked. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower. You cannot open the toilet's door without stepping over the toilets. There is no parking, you have to park on a city parking at 25e/day. This is not a room I wanted to pay +90e for! Very disappointed by this hotel overall. They didn't ask how our stay was upon checkout, as if they knew the answer...

Good but not brilliant
A very modern reception area was a stark contrast to the old fashioned bedrooms which could do with refreshing. Beds are comfy but rooms are quite small, a separate toilet is minuscule and the light was hanging off the wall. Room was badly lit and we had to choose to forgo out intimity or be in a dark room as there was only heavy black out curtains on the balcony door. Staff were very nice and everywhere was clean with lots of anti-bacterial gel at different points throughout your route from the front door to you bedroom.

The reception staff were so lovely and helpful and pleasant all of the time. I couldn't find any fault whatsoever. The food in the hotel restaurant was a little pricey but that was just an observation, only ate once in there. Lobely hoyel well situated. Thankyou for a most pleasant stay.

Las habitaciones que les llaman económicas son las que ellos tienen sin reformar pero no ponen fotos adecuadas. Son de los años 60 como si estuvieras en la URSS. El baño con todo lleno de tuberías y encima en pleno mes de diciembre sin calefacción. No dormimos por el frío. Me dijeron que me reembolsarían el desayuno para compensar pero tampoco. Personal muy desagradable cuando le dices las cosas. Para nada lo aconsejo. Ni leyendo las buenas reseñas vale la pena.

Une réservation en demi teinte. Si c'était à refaire je n'irai pas là bas. Une réservation suite à un appel à l'hôtel où on m'annonce un accès au spa Hamman gratuit et inclus dans le prix de la chambre , un parking dans l'annonce. Réservation faite 10min après , l'acces au spa est a 20e par personne et pas de parking sur place. J'ai essayé d'annuler la réservation et impossible. Sur place l'acceuil par le personnel est bien. L'entrée de l'hôtel est joli. Les couloirs sont bien rénovés aussi. La chambre elle, est pourrie et pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas de sèche cheveux, pas de possibilité de prendre de bain malgré la baignoire, literie confortable sauf les oreillers. Les draps n'ont pas été changés sur 4nuits malgré la demande faite à l'acceuil. 1 serviette tachée en guise de serviette propre. Chasse d'eau qui fuit. Un parking plein chaque jour a 26e la nuit ! Des places en extérieur gratuites mais rares .. Une taxe de séjour plus élevée sur place que celle annoncée sur le site . Bref bref bref à éviter.

Bonjour, Nous sommes venus pour le week-end , deux nuits . Accueil et personnel très agréable. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer, balcon, literie toute neuve et confortable. Emplacement parfait pour aller à la plage, aux différents bars et restaurants à proximité et au parking . La terrasse au premier étage pour le petit déjeuner et de style Lounge , top. Nous n’avons pas été au spa ni à la piscine, mais nous irons lors de notre prochaine visite !

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel delante de un gran paseo y de la playa. Zona con muchas tiendas y restaurantes. El trato del personal del hotel fue muy amable. Fueron rápidos para solventar cualquier duda o problema. Un hotel con unos buenos servicios, piscina, gym, etc. Habitación amplia para 4 personas. Lo único que encontramos que no nos gustó, fue que los muebles, canapés y aseo les falta un poco más de limpieza y renovación.

Chambre plutot petite sans balcon peu lumineuse. Vue sur le mur. Armoire an angle peu pratique. A l arrivée ecoulement lavabo et baignoire difficile - va et vient des interrupteurs en dysfonctionnement. Cela a été réparé le lundi. Alors qu il est indiqué sur le livret d accueil que le ménage en chambre est fait avant midi J ai été étonnée une journée de constater qu à 15 heures ménage non fait. Je suis allée a l'accueil où il m a été répondu que ça se faisait également en après-midi. Chambre qu'on imagine pas en voyant le cadre de l'entrée de l hôtel. Hôtel toutefois très bien placé disposant d'une piscine au 3eme étage avec 4 transats 2 côté mer et 2 côté parking Il y a également une salle de sport. J ai d ailleurs demandé à l accueil si nous n'etions pas sous-classées

Bien placé. Personnel serviable. Bonne literie. Mais l'hotel n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles. Le Wifi ne marche pas, pas/peu de réseau cellulaire, odeur de bouffe autour des repas, partie commune peu propre, salle de gym vétuste, pas de parking. L'hotel mérite une rénovation en profondeur et une maintenance de meilleure qualité.
