"Jason and Maribel were probably the best hosts that I have ever experienced in all my years renting on VRBO. I guess we should begin at the beginning. All through the rental process, Jason responded to all of my questions almost immediately. He always answered all of my questions and again, almost immediately. The villa was fantastic. It was large enough for our group of 18, it was clean, and it was private. We had no problem parking the 5 cars we rented. Considering that when you first get to a rental, you need the basics, coffee, milk, bread,etc. We needed nothing. He was even kind enough to have some beer and wine on hand. During the week we had a very slight problem, and he was there to fix it almost immediately. I always say it's not usually the problem, it's how the problem is handled. Jason handles everything the immediately and the right way. We spent the week enjoying the villa, the pool, and all the other things that made us feel at home. I don't want to go over on my characters without singing both Jason and Maribel's praises on how well we were treated during the whole week. He even helped us out with a restaurant for all 18 of us for a birthday dinner just up the street. So, if you have a group that wants to enjoy a GREAT week in Mutxamel, I can more than highly recommend renting from Jason and Maribel. It was FANTASTIC!"

"The property was perfect for what we wanted. Stayed as a group of 4 friends. Excellent communication with host, who was very accommodating. Villa was 10/10 clean, well equipped, and perfectly air conned. Spent lots of time outside in the pool area - pool is fantastic. Area was lovely and chilled. We don't drive so got ubers in to Alicante for nights out - typically around 30 - 40 euros but you'll probably be waiting around 20 mins to get a driver. The marina at El Campello is also great vibes and a short drive away. Good supermarket less than 10 min walk away and some nice little restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"The villa itself is beautiful. The veiw is stunning. The steep drive was a real problem as both our hire cars scraped underneath trying to reverse up. The sunbeds were very uncomfortable and in comparison to everything else in the villa, they were of cheap quality. There is nothing in walking distance. The nearest Shop does have everything you need, but again, a car is required . There are a few bars serving food in the village which is great if you don't mind driving to them. We loved our stay, but would not return, purely because of constantly needing to drive everywhere and then having to get the cars back on the very steep drive. Both hire cars were damaged."
