The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel near the loveliest beach and 10 min tram ride to city of Alicante. We had the most relaxing time and enjoyed it very much.

We could not fault the hotel at all , lovly staff and so helpfull , the reception team were great rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels . The tram is 5mins walk away can get you anywhere 5 stars from us

Hotel hard to fault. All in very good and clean condition, nice individual decor, good facilities. Comfortable room. Good pool. VG breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful and and efficient staff. Close to excellent beach and tram to Alicante. But resort a bit short of restaurants and shops.

Lovely hotel and staff. Throughly recommend.

Really lovely hotel with excellent and friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. It is located a few minutes walk from tram and a very short walk from the beach. Lovely swimming pool but a bit chilly in February! There was some renovation work being done but we were very happy it was being kept to a minimum of disruption.

Many reviews said the Almerante could be a 4 star and having now stayed there I agree. It is modern, well maintained and very clean. Staff were all polite and helpful. Breakfast items were all good quality though the choice is not as wide as I have experienced elsewhere. Still it was more than adequate. The pool was nice as well, no problem with sunbeds. It is a quiet hotel, which for us was fine.

A great hotel just off the beach in beautiful Alicante. The staff was warm and welcoming. Restaurant and bar had great options. Room was very warm and comfortable. Pool area was really nice. Just a nice place to visit!

Overall experience of the hotel was excellent. Great facilities from pool, gym, and restaurant to the services such as poolside service and overall staff interaction. The location was perfect with easy to use Tram network into Alicante and the beach.

One night stay, but will definitely be returning. Beautiful decor in the communial areas, and a modern look to the bedroom and bathroom. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. We enjoyed a drink and a light bite in the bar area and a superb buffet style breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. A superb all round stay.

Good Hotel close to San Juan Beach

I was in hotel 3 nights, everything was super. Restaurant is tasty and prices are good. To Alicante it takes 30 minutes with Tram 3 or Bus 21, and you have to go about 8 min from Bus stop. San Juan Beach is very big and brite, so in summer it will be super to stay in Hotel Almirante. To the beach it takes about 5 min by feet. Hotel is clean and modern.

Excellent place to stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff are “top shelf”. The only issue is the water in the rooms. When you have a shower, the water turns from warm to scalding hot to the point it can cause injury. Would not recommend children or elderly as this could cause a serious burn if children are left unattended attended in the shower

Beautiful pool, close to the beach and a super market. Poor wifi, if you plan to work prepare to use data. Also if you are given room 108 it definitely has the worst balcony. Partial sea view is when you scoot over as close to the railing as possible but then you are in the view of everyone above and also the restaurant.
