"The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable!"

"The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist für die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. Auch eine Kiste mit lokalen Produkten (Brot, Käse, Salami, Tomaten, Salat) von den Bauern in der Umgebung gab es auch geschenkt. "We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"Wir waren im September in dem Haus. Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt mit einem angemessenen Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Nachfolgend noch ein paar Punkte, welche uns aufgefallen sind bzw. Dinge die man vorher wissen sollte: - Vermieter / Check-In / Check Out: Matteo scheint nur ein Fantasiename zu sein. Eigentlich steckt hinter dem Inserat ein Hotel (Villa Rinalducci). An unserem Anreisetag sollten wir uns dort melden. Nach unserer Ankunft hat man dort aber nur unsere Ausweise eingescannt...

"On était un grand groupe avec des enfants. On a adoré la maison. Elle est située un peu en dehors de la ville mais très tranquille. La propriétaire nous a beaucoup aidé et a était super avec nous."
