The Space:
This apartment consists of 3 floors, it is necessary to climb stairs. None of the rooms have a door.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen and dining room, the living room and a room with a single beds, going up the stairs, on the second floor there is a room with a king size bed, a sofa and in this same room there is a loft, you go up stairs and arrive at a third floor where there is another room with a king size bed and a queen.
It is ideal for large families since it fits perfectly 8 comfortable people. You only have to take the stairs into account if the elderly or people with difficulties to climb come, as well as children.
The condo has a beautiful pool with ocean views and access to one of the best beaches in Cancun. You will love to see all the sunrises and sunsets from the apartment.
We have a TV with Roku for streaming services.
Guest Access:
We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
It is a family condo, parties and noise are not allowed until late at night.
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
