Villa Susanna is a new luxury privately owned property at Isla 33 Resort & Villas. The second floor location gives you spectacular views that you can't get from the ground floors. This property will sleep 5 guests in our two spacious bedrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or your bridal party.

Ground level pool is steps from our door. The roof top horizon pool and patio are a quick elevator ride away, it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the island. Villa Susanna is ideally situated in the center of the island. You will enjoy the unparalleled ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Less than 10 minutes from Hidalgo street and North Beach.

The villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the living room the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walk-in shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic beds with high count linen will help you get a great nights rest.

To help you have a great time on Isla Mujeres, we can assist you with planning your transfer from the airport to the ferry. We can have a golf cart waiting for you at the villa, rental fees apply.

Wonderful retreat

Hubby and I stayed 4 nights at this location and loved it. Beautifully designed and comfortable condo. Great location. Loved the rooftop pool and the happy hour at the bar with the local musicans.We rented a golf cart from Memo and it was a wonderful way to toot around the island and go to restaurants.Would highly recomment this location and hope to return again in the near future!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Isla 33. We loved the location and condo since it was quieter than downtown. We walked to different restaurants every night so very little driving. The view is amazing since we got to see the sunrise and the sunset from the condo. We hope to get to come back!

The condo was centrally located, close to everything we wanted to do. The views of the ocean and lagoon were absolutely stunning. The proximity to the ring road made it a bit noisy at night but the interior room was quiet. All amenities available at your need.

Great Condo With Ocean Views

My teenagers and i had a great time. The condo was an excellent spot for a vacation. Its far enough away from the tourist area to enjoy an authentic experience but close enough for easy travel. Memo, the assistant, was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely rent a golf cart. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is an absolutely fully equipped condo in a convenient location, with gorgeous ocean views. The home is lovely in its decor and very comfortable. We rented a golf cart for the week which is necessary to get around. Memo, the property manager was great, and his restaurant, Xaman was excellent.

Fabulous Place in Isla Mujeres

We loved this condo! The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything we needed for the beach was there to use (chairs, cooler, bag, and all kinds of floats & toys). Memo was a great communicator and took good care of us. The island was amazing, super safe, and we fell in love with the people and their culture. We will definitely be back!

This property was excellent! When we arrived, we werr greeted by Memo who helped us settle in and understand what thr plave had to offer. He was kind and so helpful! Beds were so comfy and the place was beautiful. Everything you would ever need is there!Taxis are readily available if you choose not to take a golf cart and it costs very little to get to the beach every day!Rooftop pool was a wonderful addition. Perfect Condo for a relaxing week!

We loved staying at Casa Susanna! The location in the middle of the island worked great. We didn’t realize there was a restaurant/bar downstairs with live music most nights. What a treat! The condo is spacious and the views are spectacular. We walked to many places and Memo got us connected to taxi driver that handled the rest of our adventures. We also loved the pools. Most days we had the pool in the afternoon to ourselves. The walking path across the street was nice as well.

A piece of paradise

This is a perfect getaway for two couples on the south end of the island . The owners communication from the moment i made my reservation was seamless. Memo the property manager met us at the condo and was extremely helpful during our stay . I recommend renting a golf cart Memo will help with that. Mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise was amazing. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need for the beach and in the kitchen. We hope to return .
