It is one bedroom with a Queen size bed, living room with two individual sofas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, silverware and all the pots and pans etc.

You can walk everywhere. bicycle path to the beach public access to Playa Las Perlas is 1. Miles.
Across the street from Plaza de toros, Plaza Americas, Solare, Malecon Cancun, bus and collective taxis to the hotel zone or the beach. Good restaurants, supermarkets, laundry.
