You can walk everywhere. bicycle path to the beach public access to Playa Las Perlas is 1. Miles.
Across the street from Plaza de toros, Plaza Americas, Solare, Malecon Cancun, bus and collective taxis to the hotel zone or the beach. Good restaurants, supermarkets, laundry.
