Andrea's Villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a dining room that seats 12, a breakfast bar, chairs and a table on the terrace, a common area and TV room, and access to 2 swimming pools and 1 tennis court. Andrea’s Villa is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, across from Cancún’s top restaurants, and just a few minutes from the best shopping centers, beautiful marinas, and the “Party Centre Cancún.”<br><br>The villa is elegant, beautiful, and quite spacious, decorated with silver bathroom fixtures, love, and good taste. It features 4 bedrooms, which are laid out as follows:<br><br>1. Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed, full bathroom, and terrace.<br>2. Bedroom: 2 double beds, armchair, full bathroom, and balcony.<br>3.
