Großzügige Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse, die ruhig in einem Grundstück mit Korkeichen liegt. Wer keinen Campingplatz, Anlage oder Hotel und dafür seine Ruhe möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Highlight ist zweifellos der 15 m-Pool. Im Haus gibt es eine weitere Ferienwohnung und der Vermieter (wohnt nicht dauerhaft dort) hat ebenfalls eine Wohnung. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Beim ersten Mal ist es nicht einfach, das Haus zu finden, da es dort keine Hausnummern gibt. Der Vermieter hat aber sofort geholfen und uns abgeholt.

Nous pensions être isolés davantage mais regrettons la proximité aussi importante avec les autres locataires! véritable impression d'être surveillé! la famille du propriétaire au dessus fait beaucoup de bruit y compris à des heures tardives-pas de repos possible car manque d'isolation phonique! le logement n'est pas vraiment neuf! il suffit de voir les joints de la douche! nous ne pensons pas qu 'il soit nettoyé entre deux; toiles d’araignée très présentes! l'emplacement n'est pas trop mal car à 5 min en voiture de la plage et des commerces nous n'y retournerons pas.

Das Grundstück liegt in einem wunderschönen Korkeichenhain. Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig und besitzt eine kleine Terrasse mit Grill und Sitzgruppe. Der immer blitzsaubere Pool ist ehrlich gesagt noch größer, als er auf den Fotos aussieht. In ihm kann man wirklich schwimmen. Die Tatsache, dass man sich den Pool mit Vermieter und einer zweiten Ferienwohnung teilt ist unproblematisch. Am Abend ist eine Beobachtung der vorbeifliegenden Fledermäuse sehr unterhaltsam. Es ist auch durchaus möglich, dass sich ein Milan auf einem der Bäume im Garten niederlässt, wie bei unserem Aufenthalt geschehen. Die Wohnung ist vollständig, aber einfach ausgestattet. An einigen Stellen im Innern blättert auch die Farbe schon ab. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung nur den Esstisch und das Sofa und somit keine Möglichkeit außerhalb des Betts entspannt zu sitzen. Der Grund für die mittelmäßige Bewertung findet sich in den zwei Tatsachen begründet, dass das gesamte Grundstück ein Ameisenproblem größeren Ausmaßes hat, welches auch vor der Wohnung nicht Halt macht und dass das zweite Schlafzimmer eine Schlafkammer ohne Fenster, nur mit einem Oberlicht in den Flur, ist. Da wird ein Schlafen ohne Klimaanlage wahrlich nicht zum Vergnügen. Sowohl für einen Ausflug in die Berge als auch zum Strand ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen. In der Nähe (5-7 Autominuten) befinden sich ein großer Supermarkt ein Bäcker und ein Dorfladen mit lokalem Obst und Spezialitäten. Für Leute, die sich an den beiden genannten Problemen nicht stören ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à Canale di Verde. La Corse mérite amplement son appellation "Ile de Beauté". Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des propriétaires discrets, sympathiques et serviables. La location est très plaisante car bien équipée et spacieuse. Bravo pour cette grande piscine entourée d'une terrasse bois, implantée à quelques enjambées de la porte d'entrée. Et merci d'avoir su préserver à ce jardin l'esprit campagne. Des vacances très zen dans un espace nature, situé à 2km de commerces, poste, médecin et de la très plage d'Alistro. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Enfin un séjour de vacances avec que des surprises agréables !!! Juste à l'écart de la voie principale Bastia-Bonifacio, à quelques minutes en voiture d'une plage parfaite (propreté, calme, accessibilité aux enfants, dans un environnement non bétonné)...sans oublier la magnifique piscine, les équipements parfaits et le calme environnant. Logement très agréable, spacieux, , calme avec une piscine chauffée de bonne taille. Nous avons bénéficié d'une très bonne ambiance avec tous les voisins. La plage est proche, les commerces aussi. On peut partir randonner depuis le logement. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

La location se situe près de la nationale (facile d'accès et facile à trouver). L'appartement est très propre et très spacieux (très agréable à vivre), il fait frais à l'intérieur, même en pleine chaleur. L'endroit aux abords de la piscine est calme, il y a beaucoup d'espaces verts. La piscine est propre et nettoyée régulièrement. Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour vous renseigner, vous dépanner, vous conseiller (visites à faire....). Je recommande ce lieu sans hésitation :-) Bons restaurants, beaucoup de parcours de randonnée, et surtout visites de l'ILE DE BEAUTE (Allez à Bonifacio !!! et ailleurs, tout est beau !!!)

Un très beau logement, très bien équipé dans une très très belle région. L'accueil est cordial. Une nature préservée. Des ballades accessibles depuis l'hébergement. Bref un endroit magique où le mot vacances prend tout son sens. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. A recommander.

Logement vaste, confortable, bien équipé avec terrasse donnant sur une piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Situé près de la mer et non loin de la montagne, idéal pour séjour en famille. Anita et Pierre
