It’s a cute farm!
First it’s a really nice place. Grass needing cutting when we arrived on Monday.Next day informed owner we we’re having a graduation cook out on Thursday anyway it could get completed by then (said on his list. He’s there everyday to feed a few animals.)A crew shows up at 8 am SATURDAY morning. Cute farmhouse needs a repair around sink in kitchen ( hoped to add pictures) Cleanliness was good with exception of few things,out-of-date pantry items, dirty ice bin,mice droppings kitchen drawers(understandable farms= small uninvited creatures) My main thing was I didn’t see in this listing was the fact that 6 ft from the front porch is a driveway that connect to back of property.Problem with is it leads to a “campground/sites”that I wasn’t aware of until we explored the property ourselves when we arrived.
On Thursday nite around 9-10 pm a Tesla is at the front porch (super nice guy ) saying he was renting the ‘cabin’ in back and needs to charge his car! ( a plug-in at the detached garage next to main house . So after moving a couple of cars he was settled in. Confused,wasn't informed that that was a service offered with any part of farm Going forward made sure to leave space opened.
Friday nite approx 10pm an another car pulls thru .. no problem just a little unsettling.
Saturday nite again 10:30ish nice older couple knocking,having trouble connecting with owners for check-in code
