Apartment "La Residenz" with mountain views and WiFi

The apartment "La Residence" is located in Molini di Tures and provides a stunning setting for your holiday with a panoramic mountain view. The 86 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 7 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a dishwasher and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available.

The apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace. The Untermairhof (4km away) is connected to our apartment and its services can be shared. A playground and sunbathing lawn, volleyball court, small football pitch, trampoline sandpit, slide and swing as well as a fireplace, a playroom with table tennis and table football, library and many animals.

The property is conveniently located close to a range of services: the distance to a local restaurant/pizzeria and a ski shuttle bus stop is just 250 m, to a supermarket and a bus stop - 350 m, to stores and a pharmacy - 400 m.

Moreover, a bicycle rental is available 1 km from the vacation home.
