"The first room had wet carpets from bathroom leak. Shower situation needs to be reworked, since 3rd room had similar water stains. Moved to much smaller room for the night. Next morning moved to same big luxury room we booked. Nice welcome drink and snack! Very nice people. Beautiful breakfast. Room we booked was very large and nice."
