No geral foi muito bom!
Senti falta de espelho de corpo todo no quarto e extensores para pendurar roupa.. na refeição apesar de ter muita comida e da diversidade.. senti falta de alimentos integrais, uma mesa especifica de alimentos selecionados para idosos e demais pessoas que preferem uma alimentação regrada... nota 1000 para equipe de recreação! já fomos em diversos hoteis mais esta equipe é diferenciada!

O hotel é bom, mas tenho alguns ponta a considerar: 1- a piscina externa precisa climatizar. Aquecimento solar não ajuda. A piscina estava numa temperatura boa, mas gelada quando entramos. Depois acostuma. Porém estávamos com quase 35 graus de temperatura. Numa temperatura mais baixa, o sol não comporta o aquecimento. 2- O horário do parque aquático também não é legal. Poderia abrir as 9:00 ao invés de 10:00. Quem vai para curtir somente piscina externa, como eu e minha família, tem que ficar esperando. 3- Os quartos não tem tomadas para carregar dispositivos. Encontramos uma. Para 3 pessoas. 4- a cama de casal muito desconfortável.

Muito bom e com muitas atividades de entret.
Muito bom!! Ficamos em quarto com cama de casal e cama solteiro. A de solteiro era muuuuito mole. Alem disso, ficamos na area dos aptos e nao dos chales. Se quiser ficar no meio da agitacao, é o melhor lugar, mas se preza por silêncio, sugiro os chales. Otima comida, atendimento e infra.

Estadia agradável
A estadia foi agradável com algumas ressalvas quanto ao espaço do quarto para uma família de 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças pequenas) e a decoração e manutenção do mesmo, principalmente no banheiro, onde falta um pouco de manutenção e alguns acessórios como porta shampoo no interior do box. O serviço de pensão completa é muito bom, com boa variedade de comida e sobremesas! O hotel possui um potencial incrível, pois é próximo a SP e tem uma boa infraestrutura de diversão para as crianças e com equipe de recreação!

Bom porém com observações a serem melhoradas!
Comida farta, muitas variedades de proteínas, massas variadas, caldos, queijos e frios de todos os tipos. Bons Drinks, piscina climatizada deliciosa, não pudemos usufruir do parque aquático porque estava frio e a água é extremamente gelada! Deveriam climatizar para melhor utilização dos hóspedes. Fiquei chateada por não poder usufruir em nenhum dos 4 dias o parque aquático tão lindo. Música ao vivo a noite deixou a desejar em dois dias (ficamos hospedamos por 4 dias), com um cantor que mal se entendia o que ele falava, e no outro dia moda de viola (nem todos gostam), teve um dia que ficou sem… e por último um cantor de MPB muito bom! Devem rever essa parte das músicas ao vivo! Quarto pequeno porém boas camas, Toalhas limpas, ar condicionado novinho, boas instalações. Muitos funcionários a nossa disposição, garçons, atendentes e camareiras bem educadas. Bom sinal de Wi-Fi. Televisão somente canais básicos, nada de TV a cabo, o que também soa ruim ao hotel. Pecam também nos sucos do café da manhã, assustador um hotel desse porte servir suco industrializado! Não tinha suco natural da fruta mesmo como laranja, melancia, dentre outros… senti muita falta disso. Esses sucos são horríveis! No Jantar do Domingo estavam servindo como sobremesa Fondue de chocolate (janta era até as 22h) Eram 21hs não tinha morango e não tinha chocolate, reclamei não teve jeito! Fiquei sem! Deveriam aceitar Pets, visto que tinha um hóspede com calopsita! Acho que a regra vale Para todos.

Eu e minha filha adoramos o hotel. Todos os funcionários corteses e atenciosos. A parte das refeições muito boa e o espaço para brincar excelentes. Três pequenas críticas: a piscina coberta estava um pouco suja e um dia bem vazia (quase dois palmos abaixo do nível). A tabela da quadra de basquete estava com os aros tortos (um pouco caídos) e sem rede. Faltou manutenção E o parque aquático a água estava extremamente gelada. Poderia haver um climatizador, além do “rio com correnteza” estar em manutenção. Do resto tivemos uma excelente estadia.
