They have all possibilities to be a great hotel. But, they need to improved restaurant service and food quality. Also, mattress needs to be better selection. Mattress in my room was too hard. This hotel room are nice.

Serviço de restaurante presencial muito demorado. Não tem elevador de serviços, e as funcionárias ficam segurando o elevador, para descer com o lixo. Apartamentos ímpares muito barulho. Consegui dormir às 2:30. Fora estes problemas, fáceis de resolver, com treinamento, o hotel ficará excelente. Só cresce quem quiser! Oportunidades existem!

Quarto todo quebrado, box do banheiro entupido, nao limparam o quarto de um dia para o outro (só arrumaram a cama), nao teve reposição de frigobar. estacionamento é horrivel (nao tem vaga para todos os quartos) e café da manha parecia com produtos velhos.

Estadia terrível! Jamais voltarei.
Terrível a experiência nesse hotel. Nunca em minha vida, e olha que viajo bastante, foi necessária a troca de quarto por motivo de “quarto imundo”. Cheguei no Class sábado fim de tarde (04/05/2024), ao entrar no quarto (Class Premium) c/ meu marido, a quantidade de cabelo no chão do quarto era tanta mas tanta, que imediatamente interfonei à recepção e solicitei que viessem verificar o quarto. Subiram ao nosso quarto, conferiram as condições do quarto, pediram desculpas e nos realocaram em outro quarto que também não estava muito longe do primeiro mas enfim, um pouco melhor. Saímos para jantar e voltamos bem tarde, descobrimos que haviam esquecido de nos deixar coberta, já era tarde, não reclamamos, dormimos cobertos com as toalhas de banho, pois nem sobre lençol havia. Dia seguinte (domingo) deixamos por volta de 09:30 a plaqueta no trinco para arrumação do quarto pois havia acabado o sabonete líquido e o papel higiênico estava no fim e, ao retornarmos final da tarde nosso quarto não havia sido limpo. Ouvi o seguinte da camareira: damos prioridade para os check ins. Agora digo: eu fiz check in no dia anterior 17:30 e o nível de porquice no quarto foi absurdo, tanto no quarto quanto nas dependências do hotel, paredes sujas, caindo reboco de parede, teto sujo e teias de aranha gigantes (lustres de entrada, TV e dependências). Funcionários mal olham na sua cara. Nunca fui de reclamar mas dessa vez não dá, algo tem que mudar lá. Infelizmente não tirei fotos, fiquei sem reação.
