Staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. If we had questions they answered them. The hotel was clean and close to everything as we did not have a car. I would stay there again.

Great location within walking distance of all Centro. Downside was no restaurant or breakfast area. Sister hotel Plaza Campeche had a good dining room and better facilities like pool.

Well located and comfortable hotel

Great secure on site parking with security. Front desk spoke English. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Shower had great water pressure. Right in centro and easy to walk everywhere. Did not have morning coffee or a restaurant. They only open the restaurant for large groups.

Instalaciones viejas en la habitación

Instalaciones viejas en la habitación, muy buena ubicación y amplia, pero las cortinas blackout no cerraban completamente, por lo que no se pudo tener privacidad. La tina tenía fuga por lo que no se pudo llenar. Encontramos una cucaracha muerta junto a la cama en la mañana.
