"The house has great beds, linens, and toiletries for guests to use. The pool was very clean and a wonderful amenity. We did have to sweep it pretty regularly because of the trees around it, but it wasn’t a burdensome task. We did have some gaps in communication with the property management company as our point of contact was out of town in the week or so leading up to the trip. No fault of the employee who was otherwise responsive, but something that would probably be helpful for them to plan around going forward. We did also find that the oven wasn’t working and there wasn’t a kettle, which wasn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly. Overall, we had a great stay, and I’d recommend the property for big groups that want to be in a good location."

"Very clean and nice little place to stay while we were in Austin on business. The duplex is located in a nice neighborhood close enough to everything. Communication with the host was great. Make sure to bring extra towels if your stay is longer than a day or two."

"Great stay for our family of 7. Clean, bright, easy to navigate. The layout provided private spaces for family members as well as great together-space as well. We enjoyed coffee on the patio, sitting out by the fountain, games at the kitchen table and hanging out in the living room. Great location to enjoy Barton Springs-easy walk. Top notch communication with host who provided suggestions for our stay and made us feel welcome. All around amazing experience!"
