"Very clean, fantastic view of downtown- had a patio room, still thinking about the food at the restaurant "Ripple and Roots" was so delicious! Enjoyed easy access to boat tour and walking/jogging trails. Check in/out and valet staff were all professional and very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our family enjoyed the size of the condo and its location near Barton Springs. Having full use of the washer and dryer was a definite plus! Our children loved their bed and our king size bed was perfect. Parking was also a great. "

"Overall was very impressed. Had an amazing getaway with my sweetheart. However, being in down where homeless people sadly have trashed the area around it did not make me feel good about it. Very sad "
"This rental is extremely well appointed. It has all of the conveniences needed for your stay. The deck area is outstanding. The furniture is beautiful as well as comfortable in form and function. The decor is tasteful yet quirky in true Austin style. Super easy access to the Austin Light Show at the holidays. A 5 minute walk to Barton Springs pool for a quick plunge. You will love it!"
