"The resort was very pretty. Grounds are well kept. Facilities are in nice condition. Pretty cool that you have your own washer/dryer in the villas. If you want a beach, there isn't too much close by. Carrabelle beach is about 20 minutes away, nice, but small, and no shops or restaurants near.
St. George Island is about 30 minutes. Worth the drive. Good beach, lots of shops, lighthouse & museum, etc."

"Unit was clean, A/C worked great and kept us cool. There were multiple beach chairs, floats, and a wagon available to use which was a nice surprise. Loved the bottom deck area and outdoor shower/hose for coming in from the beach which was a short walk. Super convenient to the State Park."

"We loved our stay here ! Property was super nice. Private beach access was great. Loved being only a couple miles from town. I loved the quietness of the town and getting away from the hustle and bustle from the busy beach town. The family that owns the property were very kind and friendly. Only critique was the booking screen says no dogs but the book of rules on the night stand says dogs are allowed and this stunk because we wanted to bring our dog. This isn’t a negative but a be aware to other potential customers, you are renting the bottom room of the house so imagine being on the bottom floor apartment. Thoroughly enjoy our stay here."
