Çok güzel bir konaklama oldu her derdimize derman olan Tufan’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Otelin tek vasat tarafı kahvaltısı, her yerde yöresel güzel kahvaltılar varken ucuz bal ve piyasa reçelli standart kahvaltı çok yetersizdi.

Konaklama güzeldi hizmetler olumlu idi Hizmet konusunda bizim gördüğümüz sıkıntı yıkanması için giden çamaşırların eksik olarak gelmesi oldu. Onun haricinde manzarası güzeldi kahvaltı iyiydi.

Konumu çok güzel, Ayder Yaylası ve Zil Kalesi ayrımına yakın, Fırtına Deresi kenarında. Restaurant tadilatta olduğu için kahvaltı ve yemek imkanı şimdilik yok. Villalardan 3 tanesi önde manzara görüyor ancak 2 tanesi arkada kalıyor. Çalışanlar misafirperver ve güler yüzlü. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Ailelerin kaldığı villalarda tuvalet ile banyo ayrı yapılabilirdi. Hazırlanırken zaman kaybı oluyor. Mutfak malzemeleri mevcut, kendin yemek yapıp yiyebilirsin.

Güleryüzlü ve her isteğinize olumlu cevap veren personeli ve cok temiz odaları mutfagı yatakları ve lavabosuyla hayran kaldığımız dört dörtlük bir konaklama oldu.
